500 gr. de linguiça calabresa picadinha
4 dentes de alho amassado
1 cebola grande ralada
4 bananas da terra picadinhas e fritas
300 gr. de torresmo crocante e quebradinhos
300 gr. de carne de porco cortada em cubinhos e frita
5 ovos mexidos e cozidos
2 chacês de sazon para feijão
6 folhas de couve picadas finas
4 xícaras (chá) de farinha de mandioca branca
cebolinha e salsinha picadinho a gosto
sal a gosto
Modo de preparo:
Cozinhe o feijão aproximadamente 30 minutos, em água até que os grãos estejam macios (sem desmanchar). Em uma panela frite o bacon e a lingüiça, retire e reserve, esscorra o feijão, e na mesma panela que fritou o bacon e a linguiça, com a mesma gordura junte o alho e a cebola e refogue, então adicione o feijão o sazon e prove o tempero, misture bem desligue o fogo e acrescente a farinha, os ovos mexidos, carne, linguiça, banana, couve, cebolinha e salsinha, misture cuidadosamente.
